Outdoor space includes patio dining, firepit, bbq and more. Placer County permits a maximum of 10 adults overnight (12 years of age and older.) 4th bedroom and 3rd bathroom located above garage in it's own unit for additional privacy. Air conditioning throughout which is a rare amenity in Tahoe!
